Scrum is an innovative approach to getting work done, but you knew that already. You probably also know that, as the leading and fastest-growing of the Agile practices, the Scrum framework—originally designed specifically for software development but now leveraged in many diverse industries—enhances team collaboration on complex projects. And that, with just a small set of rules, it creates just enough structure for cross-functional teams to focus their efforts on solving what might otherwise be insurmountable challenges.
What you may not know is that not all training or trainers are created equal. The Scrum Alliance brings all of the world's best trainers to you. But in a sea of excellent trainers, how are you supposed to choose the best of the best? The trick is to look for trainers that are part of a larger solution. SolutionsIQ's expert trainers, for example, have the support of a wider community of Scrum and Agile professionals, so they are continually innovating. Even though the Scrum approach has crystallized, the approach to teaching it is dynamic and ever-changing because the people using it are constantly experiencing new ways to utilize Scrum. At SolutionsIQ, we want to ensure that you have a lasting and relevant experience that prepares you for the real world of Scrum, not just some idealized version of it.
So ditch the cookie-cutter Scrum course and register here.
Background—In Case You Didn't Know
No matter what your background or industry is, SolutionsIQ's Certified ScrumMaster training is a great way to get a strong start in Scrum. Even experienced Agile practitioners can benefit from the highly experiential simulations and "big picture" perspective provided by trainers who are thought leaders in the Agile community and who have garnered experience championing Scrum and Agile practices around the country, and even the world. Scrum training benefits everyone on the team and gives them tools they can immediately use to accelerate team-building even as they master the art and science of incremental delivery and continuous innovation.

"Attended [this] CSM class in early January 2014. Class was well designed and laid out to effectively cover Scrum principles in 2 days. [The trainer] provided authentic delivery of materials based on his extensive industry and consulting experience as an agile practitioner. I was well prepared for taking and passing the CSM certification as a result of taking this course."

All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
