This intensive two-day course will prepare you to take on the ScrumMaster role and is taught by a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer. We’ll cover pragmatic, time-tested practices for managing product backlogs, long and short-range planning, project execution, and progress reporting. We’ll also examine many facets of Scrum, including the project lifecycle, roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.You will participate in exercises, in-depth discussion, case studies and techniques to help illustrate practices and principles. After completing the course, you will be eligible for ScrumMaster Certification with the Scrum Alliance. All CSM courses are taught by Certified Scrum Trainers. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
