Participate in a CSM workshop with 2 Certified Scrum Trainers for the price of 1!

Do you want to really know how the Scrum framework is supposed to be used?  If so, join us for this exciting 2-day workshop covering not just the basic framework, but also the underlying principles, basic practices and common techniques ScrumMasters need to know to help their teams achieve project success in a fast-changing world.

This unique course combines many accelerated learning techniques that enable attendees to truly internalize the course concepts.  Many 2-day workshops rely on lecture to get all of the necessary information to attendees.  This workshop is completely different; it is highly experiential with many hands-on exercises.  Some of the challenging situations you may encounter in Scrum are simulated using role-playing scenarios.  In order to make specific points very clear there are easy to understand and remember physical demonstrations.  Each attendee will learn not only from the workshop facilitators but also from facilitated discussions with other attendees.  All of this combines to make this the most fun technical workshop you will experience this year, and perhaps the most fun technical workshop you will ever experience!

The workshop covers all of the basics of Scrum as well as a significant amount of material devoted specifically to the skills necessary to become an excellent ScrumMaster.  Facilitation, coaching and conflict management skills will be explored.  Leadership and being a change agent will also be topics covered during the workshop.  Being a ScrumMaster involves more than just knowing the basics of the Scrum framework.  It involves knowing WHY the Scrum framework works and how to be a leader of a successful Scrum team.  Attendees will leave knowing HOW and WHY, both essential for your success as a ScrumMaster.

This workshop is facilitated by two Scrum professionals with years of experience in helping organizations, teams and individuals achieve success in implementing and getting the most from Scrum.  Roger Brown ( and Bob Hartman ( are both Certified Scrum Trainers and Certified Scrum Coaches which makes attendees of this course eligible for the designation Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance (

Having two facilitators enables a richer learning environment with more interactivity possible than a workshop with a single trainer.  Don't miss your opportunity to experience something truly unique!  Sign up today!

All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
