    Learn about the Scrum framework, the ScrumMaster role and experience how a Scrum project is planned and executed.  This CSM course is aimed at people relatively new to Scrum who are curious to learn more. Participants are guided through a simulation of a Scrum project (using Lego bricks) to explore what it feels like, what challenges you can expect and learn some techniques to make your application of Scrum more effective.

    There will be plenty of time for specific questions from attendees. After successful completion of the two day course, attendees will be put forward for the Scrum Alliance CSM exam.

    All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.

    Following successful completion of the course, you will be qualified and ready to pass the Scrum Alliance assessment exam. This multiple-choice, online test is required to become a Certified ScrumMaster, which includes a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, where additional ScrumMaster-only material and information are available.

    SEUs: This course qualifies as 16 Scrum Educational Units (SEUs) toward the 70 required to become a CSP.
