The core component of the AgileBear training portfolio. Scrum is an iterative, incremental process for developing any product or managing any work.
Leading a Scrum team is radically different than traditional project management. Rather than plan, instruct, and direct, the leader of a Scrum team (called a ScrumMaster) facilitates, coaches, and leads.
The 2-day Certified ScrumMaster training provides you with the learning and experience required to lead, participate in, or sponsor Scrum initiatives in your organization. We supply individuals a set of tools and techniques to aid them in becoming effective Scrum Masters, help teams become high performing, and deal with the change management associated with implementing Scrum in their organization. This is your opportunity to learn about Scrum, in the real world, from industry experts. Come prepared to challenge old beliefs and be open to new ways of thinking about how you approach work in the future.
Upon successful completion of this course, each participant will be entered in the new ScrumAlliance CSM Exam, a multiple choice assessment taken back in your home/office. When successfully passed, you will be enrolled as a Certified ScrumMaster. The industry-recognised Certified ScrumMaster training is the perfect building block to educate and certify your people.
AgileBear offers a multi-attendee discount. Feel free to contact us for more details.
All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
