This two-day training course presents the fundamental principles of Scrum along with practical workshops.
This training course turns theory into action through a wide variety of workshops and practical exercises. During the training, you will learn why a process as simple as Scrum can have such a significant influence on the organization.
Attending this course will enable you to gain in depth understanding of the Scrum Master role and learn the practices necessary to succeed as a Scrum Master. This includes the product owner duties, the role's authority, and its interaction with other Scrum roles and stakeholders such as customers, users, sales, marketing, and management.
You will understand how sprint planning, sprint commitment, and team building work in Scrum including taking advantage of early customer feedback and emergent requirements.
In addition, you will learn how to develop your team, how to manage changes and create the correct priorities in effective cooperation with the Product Owner during Sprint meetings.

After having successfully completed this training, you will be qualified to pass the online Scrum Alliance Certification test. This online test is mandatory in order to become a Certified Scrum Master and includes a one year membership with Scrum Alliance.
The course is suitable for all those who manage projects or people - even in organizations that have not yet implemented Agile. You can find in the course managers who wish to acquire innovative and practical tools to better manage both people and projects.
Agile can be implemented at all levels - development teams, testing teams, project managers and senior management.
All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
