    Date: 29 June - 1 July, 2012
Location: Nr Heathrow, London, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

    Regular Price: £1350

The Scrum Master is an agent for change in the organisation, both at the team and at the organisational level.  A Scrum Master will not only be well versed in the Scrum process and apply underpinning principles,  but also be effective in driving change and challenging existing behaviours.

You may have already experienced the need for behavioural change following the introduction of Scrum, or not yet experienced these challenges when using Scrum.   This course will allow you to put into practice behavioural change principles and tools you can apply to generate real traction for your Scrum teams.

As this is a residential course we will make the most of the time available to you and provide additional content, you will also have the opportunity to attend an evening Scrum and Change Clinic where questions specific to your organisation or situation can be discussed.  Other public two day Scrum courses may struggle to address specific issues in sufficient depth due to the time constraints.

We will start the course in the evening of day 1.

The course elements are outlined in the Agenda.

In addition to the CSM course elements the change elements of the course are designed to help you to deepen your understanding and ability to leverage human dynamics in order to facilitate the behavioural change that Scrum requires to be successful.  You will not only learn but also experience exercises designed to build deeper relationships and overcome the absence of trust in a team, the fundamental team dysfunction highlighted in  Patrick Lencioni’s five dysfunctions of a team model.   We will also cover how to approach change using an iterative and incremental approach with focussed goals and reflection points.

The Certified Scrum Master elements of the course will be delivered by Matt Roadnight with Guy McDonnell bringing the insight and experiences of over 20 years of delivery and organisational change.

"Interesting, enjoyable and thought provoking.  Really well informed and experienced trainer"

"Course was kept interesting and fresh. Working in different groups, as one large group and from the work book kept it easy to learn and stay focussed"
