During the two-day training the roots of Agile and Scrum are explained, what the fundamental differences are with the traditional approach and why it works! After the training the participants are capable of applying Scrum in their projects. Marco is a seasoned Agile coach armed with many years of experience. During the training he shares war stories related to the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum within numerous companies. This is always highly appreciated by the participants.

All CSM courses are taught by Trainers approved by the Scrum Alliance. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
