Certified Scrum Master Course
Scrum is different. Scrum is a change in thinking.
This course, certified scrum master course, teaches how to use scrum and especially why scrum is the way it is. It explains how scrum, a simple way of managing projects in organizations, will lead to hard changes within the organization. The level of understanding taught in this course is essential for future scrum masters and also helpful for anyone who is involved in scrum.
The first day of the course will cover the conceptual background of scrum. It's origins, the thinking behind scrum and the effects on the organization. The second day will cover the concrete how-to's of scrum. How to plan a release, how to plan an iteration, how to do a retrospective etc.
This course is not intended as an introduction course. A basic understanding of "what scrum is" is expected. A reasonable good and short introduction can be found at this location (Chinese version here)
