RADTAC - Booking Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
By completing and submitting this registration form, you agree to comply with RADTAC's booking and cancellation policy. Registration includes the provision of any relevant training documentation and light refreshments, but does not include accommodation or transport costs.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment in advance of the course.
RADTAC reserves the right to cancel or arrange an alternative date for a course. In such circumstances RADTAC will endeavour to provide notice of cancellation or change to the Client. In the event of cancellation the Client will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee but RADTAC shall not be liable for any other loss or expense arising.
The Client may cancel the course booking by notifying RADTAC in writing. The delegate shall also be deemed to have cancelled the course booking if he/she does not attend the event. The delegate will NOT receive any refund of the course fee if notice of cancellation is received less than 10 working days prior to the start of the course. If a cancellation is received 10 or more days prior to the start of the course, the delegate will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the course fee.
RADTAC’s recognition of today’s fast-paced business world means that registered participants are permitted to transfer onto an alternative course once at no extra cost and you MUST agree to an alternative course date. Each transfer after that is subject to an additional fee of £100 + VAT, payable within one week of the date of transfer. RADTAC must be notified of any such change 5 working days prior to the course date to avoid a further additional fee of £100 + VAT being incurred. Failure to make the additional payments will lead to your placement being cancelled and NO refund of the initial course fee.
In the event that RADTAC is unable to deliver a course on the date planned, a full refund of the pre-paid fee will be provided. However, should an event need to be cancelled due to circumstances out of RADTAC's control (adverse weather conditions, acts of terrorism, geographical incidents), a re-scheduling of the course will be initiated, rather than a refund being issued. RADTAC is not responsible for any additional costs or losses the client may incur as a result of unforeseen events.
