This interactive, hands-on training course teaches you how to create a great user experience (UX) with Scrum. Creating a delightful UX is becoming an increasingly important success factor for many digital products. But integrating the UX work with Scrum is tricky: Scrum provides no guidance on which UX artefacts should be used, when they are created by whom, and how they fit into the product backlog. Luckily this training course shows you how to do it. This training course leverages user-centerd design, Scum, and Lean UX concepts as well as Roman's techniques and tools.

The training course is taught as an instructor-led workshop with an appropriate mix of of lecture, discussion, hands-on exercises, and no PowerPoint slides. The training materials are developed by Roman and are exclusively used by him.
