Practice and develop some of your servant-leadership skills to become an even more effective enabler of your team, while learning something about yourself in the process. We will look at some of the key skills required to be a great servant-leader, experiment with some techniques you can use to develop your skills in those areas and start to look at some reflective techniques for self-evaluation and development in this key role. We might even have time to play a new game that explores the concept of servant-leadership!

Mastering Your Gremlins
A look at some of the personal gremlins that can get in the way of us being at our best as servant-leaders and coaches and how we might mitigate them
The day will include a buffet lunch and refreshments and is eligible for 5 PDU and/or SEU credits.
