The background of developing and multi-language makes a play an important role in the team. I work with local users to collect requirements, system feedbacks, and also maintain production systems as an administrator. All requirements including business features and system improvements will be maintained as Stories in the Product Backlog by me. Epic will also be created for big projects. All stories will be priorited, and then discussed with distributed Scrum Team. The sprint duration is two weeks. All stories will be reviewed by Product Owner and the whole team before releasing to production. 

With Scrum practices, the development efficiency got improved and system issues on production decreased .

Work as Product Owner of Payment systems, which has a 15 members development team in China. Use Agile/Scrum practice for development process since Jan 2010. In charge of online payment processing, including credit card, PayPal and Bill Me Later transactions. In charge of order processing, acting as bridge between E-Commerce website, sales order system, fraud screening system and warehouse system. Design, develop, maintain and control all payment related systems, including gateway service to 3rd party providers, query and report services for internal users. Analyze requests from department managers and business system analysts into technical requirements. The business requirements will be maintain on Product Backlog.
