I started my career with desktop management in software industry and I gradually moved through Development,Testing,Project leadership & Quality Management. While I came across Scrum it appealed me a lot and training by Pete Deemer was a game changer.. Since last 4 years I have 1. trained abt 250 team members 2. helped teams move to Scrum & perform 3. Coached about 7 Scrum Master to perform effectively 4. Published my 1st White Paper ever on Productivity in Agile Scrum projects different scenarios. This was published in Indian Statistical Institutes Global Conference ICQRE Today Agile Scrum is my most favourite skill and I want to build upon this through my life..
