Current position is Scrum Master for Patient Access product developed by Emdeon. In this role, I am also acting as a Scrum Coach for the Business Analyst and Development teams, including assisting the Development team in selecting the best methodology to follow (Scrum, Scrumban, or Kanban) by providing results of research to the team. I regularly meet with fellow Scrum Masters to discuss best practices and suggestions for improving the Agile environment within Emdeon.
Previous position was as Scrum Master/Project Manager for Connected Services with Nissan NA. In that role, I provided daily oversight for multiple projects, including securing funding and defining requirements/User Stories. I also acted as a source of information for members of management as they researched and began conversion of IT from a waterfall Project Management environment into an Agile/Scrum environment.
Prior positions was as a Scrum Master/PProject Analyst for multiple projects with Infinity Insurance. In that role, I researched and implemented the Agile/Scrum methodology within the mainframe, client/server, and infrastructure teams. I coached multiple teams and fellow Scrum Masters in the methodology and best practices related to Agile/Scrum, researched and arranged training for members of IT management and Project Management, coached the user communities in Agile/Scrum (Product Owners and Business Analysts).
Current Agile/Scrum/PM certifications include ACP, CSM, PMP.
