As a full-time WDA4B scrum team member led the acquisition and standup of new test and production hardware infrastructure through close collaboration with multiple functional teams. Through Integration Lead responsibilities, helped team implement a continuous integration approach including extensive use of automated testing and continuing to evolve the approach towards implementation of a continuous-delivery pipeline.
Additionally performing as Scrum Coach for the WDA4B project’s adoption of Scrum. Teaching and assisting the new Scrum Master and team in all lifecycle phases including strategic, release-based planning, requirements elicitation through story development, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Led FalconView Weather (FVWx), a multi-year, multi-million dollar Warfighter Rapid Acquisition Program to integrate weather products into Portable Flight Planning Software (PFPS) through integrating OGC-based services from AFW-WEBS, NGDS and data services from WDA. Responsible for leading and managing schedules, resources, and coordinated with government program management, test squadron, operational test squadron, and various external development groups to meet program requirements, milestones, software security & accreditation requirements, and ensure FVWx capabilities meet war fighter needs.
In June 2011, prior to starting the third release the decision was made to switch to Scrum. Obtained Scrum Master certification and as Scrum Master, and helped team adopt and use Scrum. Success led to additional project award to continue development and expand FVWx capabilities and integration into additional mission-planning environments.
