Biography

Srividya Natarajan - I have 17+ years of experience handling Waterfall and agile projects. I worked in the Health care domain for 7 years and handled both development and maintenance releases for the heath care products on the Dot net platform. Iam working on agile projects for the past 6+ years. I have till date played the role of a developer, a lead developer, a CSM certified SCRUM Master, an Assertive Delivery Manager and an Agile coach. An idea champion and received Innovation award for making 85% on the innovation index. My responsibilities for the past 6+ years include: Coaching and implementing Scrum/ Kanban / Lean methodologies /practices across teams Building an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus Involved in agile transformation from waterfall projects. As a Scrum Master...... Managed effective 2 week sprints for Medco which is one of the PBMs in the US. With effective user stories creation, effective planning on the tasks, quick triage sessions, quick resolution of issues, a shippable product was made every 2 weeks and demo-ed to the client. Innovative retrospective sessions were organised to motive the team.
