Sheila Lindsey is a driven, analytical, adaptive IT executive with 20 years of progressive responsibilities primarily in the Fortune 500 Financial companies. Expertise in Agile methods, business partner management, technology portfolio management, strategic development, and leading large complex projects involving global implementations with virtual teams.
Leading Agile transformation efforts across a multi-million dollar program with over 8 scrum teams distributed across the globe. After being a key member of the team team that transformed from Waterfall to Agile Methods. Sheila continued her path of learning to become a Certified Scrum Master. She is a Certified SAFe Agilist and continues to influence the large program she leads as well as areas within the bank.
