Salvatore Falco grew up in Orlando, Florida and later moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida, where he earned a BA in History and an MA in English. After spending a brief time as a teacher, he combined his affinity for computer technology with a love of writing to begin working as a technical writer. From there, he made the leap to working in the software industry as a Quality Assurance engineer. He was first exposed to Scrum when the company he was working adopted the framework and he was tapped to serve in the role of Scrum Master. He became a CSM in 2011 and a CSPO in 2015.

When not working, he pursues writing as a hobby. His non-fiction has been published by Steve Jackson Games and his creative work has appeared in PKA’s Advocate, The Absent Willow Review, and Raphael’s Village. His latest publication is the short story, “Outlaw,” in Grift Magazine.
