Certified ScrumMaster

Cai Shichao (Sally Cai) I was quite experienced in process & quality management, with high view for organization's performance. And I have been working in different organization and experienced lots of projects, which give me various challenges & opportunities from the industry. I grow with my organization, with certified CMMI internal auditor, ISO9001 internal auditor, PMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma. And I understood and deeply know how to collaborate different skills to get customer satisfied.

In late of 2009, I started my Agile journey in my first company as a quality assurance person. At that time, I was trained by people from Microsoft about what Agile/Scrum is and what we should do. Frankly speaking, I didn't understand the essense of Agile at all in the very beginning, but just follow the "process", even though I also teach others about Agile/Scrum.

Time passed and I experienced other two companies, and in which I'm still working for. I get more knowledge and experience about Agile/Scrum. And I was certified Scrum Master in the first half year of 2011. More trainings I've got, Lean, Six Sigma, TTT, etc, the more I praticed in different organization and project, the more I understand how Scrum could help the organization to be a better one.

Currently I'm the Agile coach in our organization, and I also teach people about Scrum, Kanban, etc. And I also enjoy to communicate with people in other organization, in other roles, such as Alipay, JD, Taobao, project managers, scrum masters, engineers, testers, CEOs. It is good to look out and also good to read books. I highly recommend the book "Coaching Agile Teams", by Lyssa Adkins. It is very helpful if you want to start the way of Agile coach.
