Currently I work as Program Scrum master. We follow the Scrum at scale. So I am responsible to coordinate among all the scrum teams to make sure the entire release progresses well. I facilitate the scrum of scrum for all the scrum teams. I lead the release planning as a chief scrum master. At the end of the release I facilitate the release retrospectives to make sure we continuously improve. I Solves problems, removes impediments, facilitates, and conducts meetings for the program. I facilitate the cross communications very effectively among all the scrum teams. We maintain a common prioritized program backlog for all the scrum teams under the program. The team really works as an agile team for responding to any change. I do work with all the program stakeholders to make sure that they also understand the benefits of understanding scrum and works very closely with the team to provide early feedback. I do maintain Scrum board for the programs which uses very good scrum matrices as Program burn down chart, burn up chart, team velocity trend, Say/Do ratio for each scrum teams, Defect trends and Risk Burn down chart etc. to encourage pull mechanism among the stakeholders. I facilitate a program review meeting every week to make sure the program status is very transparent to all the stakeholders, get early feedback, remove the impediments and manage stake holders' expectation.
