I am currently working for Dolby Laboratories as a Sr. Program Manager in the Broadcast team. I hold a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University; I am also a CSM. I have over 20 years experience in technology and over 12 years experience as a Program Manager and 7 years experience in Agile Scrum. I have had the pleasure working for many different technology companies the likes of Real Networks, Livescribe, Whisper Communications (wireless emergy measurement modules), DoubleClick, Gracenote and lastly here at Dolby Laboratories. In my last two stints, I had the pleasure to work with teams open to improving their process and move toward a more Agile Scrum process. By doing so, it helped the team be more efficient, independent, work output improved and so did the quality of the products.
