I have been developing and managing software projects and products for last 20 years. My experience has largely been on managing software development projects for telecommunication and datacommunication system with teams spanned across cross geographic locations. I started my career designing software for avionic systems for Light Combat Air (named Tejas)following the MIL STD-2167A process. This was followed by software design and development for 99.999% reliable X.25, Frame Relay switch of Hughes Network at their India subsidiary. The switch support mission critical communication network of Reuters, FAA besides Satelite operators. In Lucent, I have worked in core switching product based on ATM fabric. I have worked on base station and radio network controlled software of GSM & CDMA productline (currently working). I am M.Sc (Master of Science) in Computer Science from University of Allahabad and MBA (International Business) from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia.
