While was working at Amdocs (2001-2010), in addition to agile implementation, develop and implement the Product Development methodology, led the SQA group at the R&D division, Led very complex change management projects that impact more than 8000 people (re-engineering of organizational structure, processes, tools and HR policies)

Moving the Amdocs Product Business Group to follow Agile principles (Scrum) and Lean. Achieved dramatic improvement in product quality (reduction of ~60% in escaping defects) • Implementing advanced SQA and Software Engineering techniques (CMMI) to improve quality and efficiency in the product development unit (R&D – world wide). • Improving the Product Business Units internal processes (Professional Services, Customer Support, Product Marketing, Sales Engineers and Product Management) and the interaction with R&D and Delivery (System Integrator) units. • Participate in Development of Amdocs Product Implementation and Product Development Life cycles Methodology.
