Prateek has spent over 15 years in IT industry in various roles ranging from Software Developer to Scrum Master to Product Owner to Agile Coach. He is well versed with traditional Waterfall Project Management methodology as well as as Agile Project Management.He has been practicing Agile for last 6 years and brings with himself vast experience in the field of Scrum, XP and Kanban. He has coached and managed team of size 80 in distributed geographies and have made significant differences to the way projects are being executed.

Prateek is PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner, who are very few in the world), CSP, and CSM certified.

Other than curricular activities, Prateek is an active member of PMI Chapter in Bangalore and frequently delivers talk on various Agile topics. Prateek is also closely involved with Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research as guest speaker in Round-table conferences and their MBA candidate selection.
