Peter Peltier. Earned my degree in computer science from the University of Michigan - Flint in 2004 and shortly thereafter started my career as a programmer for a big ol' waterfally insurance company. I got to experience that world both as a programmer and as project manager. Through my time there, I recieved conscious and unconsicous exposure to some of the values of Agile and the Scrum process.
In 2011, I was given an opportunity to take on the role of a Product Owner at a software company in the Lansing, MI area. Learned the ropes there and then headed south (y'all) to Nashville, TN to continue my PO journey. Finding that the role of Product Owner at different companies will always carry certain tenets with it (single wringable neck, anyone?) and yet still vary significantly from place to place.
