My current role as the i3 Security Scrum master has been an eye opener, the small team of four continue to amaze me with their knowledge and willingness to go that extra mile, they have allowed me to grow as a member of this team and i have in turn helped imbed the Agile POV, Scrum and Kanban techniques.
With over 15 years’ experience in the Service Management arena. Self-motivated with a proactive approach, able to work independently using initiative while understanding team dynamics and maintaining an effective leadership style. Self-confident communicator with a flair for problem solving, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Achievements: Setting up and driving the problem management department: identifying trends, investigation of root cause through recognized problem management techniques, preventing reoccurrence, minimize impact and provision of Root Cause Analysis report (RCA) to all stakeholders here at Sky UK
