Biography

Paul Heffley is a highly skilled and respected IT Program Manager who has worked in the State and Federal Government contracting space for over 15 years. His dedication to the Project and Program Management profession is evidenced by his service on the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI OKC), where he currently serves as President and CEO of the Board of Directors. Paul holds multiple professional credentials including an MBA in Project Management, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Lean Six Sigma certification, and two certifications in the Agile/Scrum methodology, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
