  • Conducting knowledge transfer sessions for vendors and clients, impacted by any new capability changes

Vendor Relationship Management (AXP – Current Role)

  • Designing and reviewing Service Level Agreements and Process Flows for establishing accurate goals and parameters
  • Visiting and working for an extended period at the vendor sites to assess compliance levels with the AXP regulatory policies and technology standards
  • Providing detailed reports to senior leadership team about vendor resources to keep everyone informed about quality of service and help take optimum utilization decisions
