Phil Gemmer has a BS from Purdue University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. After beginning a career in the Integrated Circuit Industry, current responsibilities include the maintenance and development of software to maintain a database of an extensive array of weather instrumentation data at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The organization is using Agile Scrum to redesign the web interfaces for weather research as it pertains to manned and unmanned launch commit constraint criteria.
