Other duties include assisting the customers with their research, helping to resolve reported problems, confirming the successful execution of the modules, testing, and software upgrades. Support Enterprise Estimating systems
Lead functional analysis during design/construction, development, and testing of Affordability Target Tracking System (former MDTC). Led and performed requirements management activities, translate requirements into specifications and document using P490 Functional Specification format. Led and facilitated all testing activities and related deliverables. Developed and executed regression test suites and test cases. Built Release Planning with System Managers. Led in establishing processes and governance for the bug triage process. Validated system functionality against specifications using Quality Center software. Lead testing across estimating systems was responsible for software quality assurance, processes and deployment across the Finance systems organization.

Led Lean-Agile activities in Contracts, Pricing, Estimating, and Procurement (CPE&P) organization. Sought out LEAN-Agile educational opportunities for the Lean focal team and the organization. Coordinated all CPE&P focal discussions about the LEAN-Agile goals and expectations for their respective organizations. Helped drive organizational focus on LEAN improvements. Developed metrics and collected information on individual LEAN-Agile activities and reported status to CPE&P management on a monthly basis. Communicated and interpreted Boeing Lean+ initiatives and expectations concerning LEAN software development. Led Common Testing Strategy initiative in Finance Systems Organization.
Change Management Focal – IT Finance Systems
Created, revised and assisted with implementation of configuration management plans, processes and procedures in support of the Estimating application. Presented recommendations to resolve complex process and build related issues. Oversaw activities to capture record and maintain product configuration information and reports. Led and conducted configuration verification and issue resolution activities. Supported Configuration Management tool (Clear Quest) administration tasks. As a Configuration Management Director Focal for Clear Quest Transition Team led the migration to Clear Quest tool in Business Systems organization, architected transition activities, built a road map for all categories of the users.
Project Manager – Business Resources Support
Managed and coordinated execution of the plan to replace Existing Boeing Voice Synergy activities and Legacy systems by IBM services. Worked closely with the IBM-GS Development team, Boeing Telecommunication Services team and Boeing Data Center personnel. Developed work statement, performance metrics, and business plan. Produced Project Manager Deliverables including Project Statement, Project Release plan, project schedules, project communication and implementation plans. Improved software development processes using the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model framework, institutionalizing processes and procedures.
