In the end, he was managing 4 scrum teams on 3 different product lines.
When he wasn't managing the scrum teams, he was coaching and onboarding new hires with the scrum principles and teaching them the Metalogix Scrum Processes.
He has automated a lot of his day to day activities which included administration for management, which resulted in extra bandwidth to oversee Metalogix Products and provide a consistent reporting system across all teams.
