Nopparat Slisatkorn is a Process - Technical Specialist at Thomson Reuters. In her role Nopparat is a coach, Scrum Master and consultant on Process Improvement across Business Units to achieve teams' goals for more than 10 years. She has promoted and deployed Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban and Lean) to teams which have the size from 10 up to 150 people. Some of teams are working in the same location and some are the distributed team across Asia, European and America. For the new project team, she has to train team, PO and new Scrum Master on Agile and Scrum, works as a Scrum Master to help teams able to deliver the product as business goals and coaches new Scrum Master to be able to perform in the role. Besides, she promotes a self-organizing, trust and motivated team as a team culture to increase team productivity and happiness. Nopparat also produces and analyzes team and product dashboard/report to provide visibility on quality, progress and performance to stakeholders.
Nopparat is a company trainer in many Agile courses e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Agile user story and planning, Agile Games and Being Agile. She also provides consultation on CMMI and applies the Agile manifesto in teams that align with CMMI.
Besides, she always contributes her knowledge and experience to the communities in Thailand e.g. Software Park, Agile communities and universities.
Before joining Thomson Reuters, Nopparat worked in IT and business fields for NGOs, IT and manufacturing companies.
