Nico Joos realizes effectiveness through excellent project management and business analysis consultancy. People and business today need to make choices. The question is not only to do things right, the question is more and more to do the right things. But how do you get to make the right choices? How do you select the right projects? How should you invest for the future with today's budget? As a senior project manager I know how to handle projects, as a portfolio manager I know how to select the right projects. I can help to implement the right selection process in order to evaluate opportunities and potential projects. Strategic alignment is key in this process. Based on strategic business goals I can help to see whether candidate projects deserve to be approved. All these things are done in a very pragmatic and transparent way and visualised on simple dashboards that make it easy to focus on real decision taking. My mission: Help business decision takers to decide on what's right and help project managers to act right.
