In 2001 I started my career as an IT Consultant at IBM in Germany. From then until 2012 I filled various roles as Developer, IT-Architect and Process Consultant. I learned a lot about the nature of classical IT projects, fixed price contracts and the processes involved to build software.
2012 I joined it-agile to get in close contact with people that have experience in agile software development. When I was sitting in my own CSM training a year earlier, it became so obvious to me, that Scrum addressed so many of the typical problems I had seen in my projects and that it was such a natural way to work with each other.
Since that time I worked mostly within Scrum transitions, sometimes as a Scrum Master, often times above team level, helping the organization find its way on how to work with multiple Scrum teams and how to train and develop their own Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
