I have worked for 5 years for the Swiss Federal Railways in the IT department specialized in railway infastructure concerns. My expericences include:
- Development primarily in the Java world including Spring, Soap, Rest and Ajax applications
- BPM and workflow implementation
- Scrum adoption as Developer, Architect and Scrummaster
- Software- and Integration-Architecture
In a complex business context such as railway enterprise, "agile thinking" opens up a lot of opportunities not only in projects developing software but also in the area of requirements management, BPM and its implementation, Service Management and Business-IT alignment. This approach resulted in winning the 2013 WfMC Global Awards for Excellence in BPM and Workflow, especially for integrating agile methods in all project disciplines and using Scrum in the "core" BPM and Workflow automation project.
In my private life I play the piano and am an enthusiastic Jazz and Classics fan. I like cooking and drinking a good glass of wine.
