Masahiro Taguchi has been a programmer in game development since Apr 1995. When he joined in video game industry, he eagerly honed his skills as a game programmer. But he has begun to notice being able to make the product for which it's better to improve the power of the team than hone his skill. So he worked on introduction of agile development.
After getting CSM in 2010, he had actively worked on introduction of scrum development in game industry.
He is interested in propagating Agile Knowledge in video game industry, especially he has been attending CEDEC (the biggest conference in Japanese game industry) as a speaker of agile game development several times.
