Manzur Quadir is Development Group Manager of Operational Intelligence for U.S Bank. He brings more than 15 years of software delivery and executive management experience to U.S Bank, growing and scaling both emerging and Fortune 500 technology companies.
Manzur joins U.S Bank from Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) where he most recently served as ScrumMaster for CWT’s online reservation platform where his team was leading the development and implementation of CWT online travel.
Beginning his career at Xerox in 2001, Manzur held various positions in IT development during his five years with the company, including building a reputation for developing IT strategies, incubating new software development models, and building out offerings of interline programs. Throughout his career; Manzur played key roles in organizations designing and delivering successful programs in management development, team building, diversity, communications, change management, performance management as well as many other topics. His work has always been focused on meeting the strategic needs of the organization.
Manzur has a Master of Information Technology degree from the Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science; Manzur has attended professional education programs with MIT.
