Mark Notess is a technologist specializing in project and product management, user experience, and online learning. He helps technology-based products meet user needs, spoken or unspoken. He holds a Ph.D. in educational technology, with masters degrees in both education and computer science.
Mark served as a Scrum Master and a Scrum Product Owner on multi-insitutional open source software projects while at Indiana University. Currently he works in a UX Designer role on Scrum projects at Scripps Networks Interactive. He presented on UX and Scrum product ownership at the 2014 Agile Indy conference.
