As Managing Director Shared Services, Mike had overall responsibility for technology and product development for the Business & Relationship Intelligence (BRI) business unit in the Dow Jones Enterprise Media Group. BRI product suite focused on providing social selling tools to B2B sales people to help drive pipeline activity and improve sales productivity. In this role Mike delivered innovative products that leverage Dow Jones powerful content set and new event triggering and business networking tools. Mike also partnered with industry leaders Salesforce.com and Microsoft to integrate these services directly into workflow applications including Salesforce.com, Microsoft office and SharePoint.
