Mary is contracting with the US Dept of Treasury, implementing changes to IRS systems for the Affordable Care Act. These changes are being introduced using an iterative approach which are new practices for the typical process-heavy IRS.
Previously Mary worked in Nokia's Services business unit, Nokia's expansion into service oriented businesses where she focused on renewal of requirements management processes, facilitating, coaching and driving agile adoption and best fit processes for the use of Accept360 for Product Management and agile product development.

I believe that systematic and current information including relevant dependencies enables a strong portfolio and I believe that agile requirements engineering is not an oxymoron."
