Biography

Mantvydas Čekutis is IT professional with deep experience of how to adopt Agile methodologies in large scale corporate IT system implementation projects.
BSc in Software Engineering and MBA degrees together with over ten years implementation projects experience form a stable foundation for good understanding how IT projects should be run.
During ten years of work experience Mantvydas had a chance to hold various possitions (developer, consultant, project manager, scrum master and product owner) in different scale IT systems implementation projects. From open source product adoption for small local companies to corporate products implementations projects in international companies all over the world.
Mantvydas always feels a need to look for innovations. That leads to the fact that he tries to solve existing problems by looking at new things that are used in the market. Agile practices, gamification and beyound budgeting are things that Mantvydas tried and believes that they can make companies and their employees every day life easier and more productive to achieve one thing that drives him most - best value for the customer.
