I am a champion for Agile practices within my local Project Management Institute chapter (Central Iowa), where as the Vice President of Professional Development, I have the opportunity to bring in speakers who can talk to our membership about transitioning to Agile and I can set up workshops for our members to support the PMI-ACP credential. As the sponsor for our chapter's Professional Development Day, I have made Agile speakers a priority and developed an Agile track.  I've included such speakers as Esther Derby, David Hussman, Gil Broza, Kent McDonald and many others.

When I'm not at the office, I enjoy photography, riding trails on my ATV, snowmobiling, kayaking and playing with my Golden Retrievers.
