Biography

Lisa Nielsen is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner with more than 15 years of leadership experience in the IT industry. She has gained a wealth of knowledge working at many levels within IT organizations, from Software Developer to Technical Services Director. Lisa has 10+ years of Agile practice experience, primarily in the role of Scrum Master, Agile Mentor, and internal Agile Coach. Her ability to challenge a faltering team, while also motivating them using Agile practices, have gained her the reputation of turning struggling programs into successful programs boasting of high velocity and productivity! Lisa is a member of Scrum Alliance, Agile Alliance and Association for Women in Computing. She has participated as a mentor and presenter at professional conferences and is an avid promoter of lifelong learning.
