Leonard Muise

Agile Project Manager

Certified ScrumMaster

My passion is to deliver great applications and products efficiently and reliably, optimizing processes and strengthening teams along the way. I bring creativity, diligence, and enthusiasm to every situation.

My project leadership is proven with teams small and large; teams co-located and dispersed; teams within only engineering as well as broadly cross-functional. I use whatever methods will deliver the best results, applying a variety of Agile and traditional techniques and principles, depending on the situation and organization.

My extensive experience includes driving all aspects of software projects to successful completion. I work deep in the trenches with individual contributors on planning, implementation, and deployment. I work up in the board room to keep key stakeholders engaged and informed. I work across portfolios to ensure cohesion and visibility.

I take initiative wherever needs arise. I wear whichever hats are necessary to meet customer and stakeholder expectations. Whatever the situation requires, I'm game.
