Lawrence is a senior IT business leader and author with over 30 years of private and public sector experience in Canada and the USA. He has a consistent track record of achieving outcomes using business value management practices that he has adopted and adapted for a range of clients in the scientific, financial, and HR arenas.
He is experienced in leading projects ranging from $100,000 to near $100 Million CAD and has extensive experience improving and managing I.T. services and business operations.
Lawrence has authored chapters in edited books, white papers, and articles on a range of industry topics and has been an invited speaker at PMI and ITSMf forums and symposia, Boston University, and most recently was invited to present a two-day workshop on Business Value Management at Business Analyst/Project World in Toronto.
