Developed software aimed at the service industry. I was primarily involved with two applications. The first being the MRS Machine Rental and Service system, designed to give users control over contracts, customer calls, spares and related transactions and information. The system provides integration into Pastel Accounting, allowing debtors, creditors and general ledger to be updated from MRS. Key features include capturing rental and service contracts, asset control, knowing whether machines are in the user's warehouse or on contract. The software was designed for multi company and multi user support. The second application, SyMat, is a very simple sales order processing system that manages all the MRS data thereby streamlining business processes and increasing efficiencies. The software presents the user with a simple ordering matrix and ensures that all customer and supplier order are processed accurately and easily into Pastel Accounting.  Development technologies: C#, VB.Net, VB6, SQL Server, Crystal Reporting, Pastel, Pervasive.
