Held a variety of positions increasing in responsibilties over the years.  Ultimately I became a Senior Principal acting as program manager for multiple hardware upgrade efforts for mission critical systems.  Senior system analyst, and subject matter expert, on significant merger and acquisition effort.  Sales support for both Airline Solutions and Travel Network. Responsible for responding to RFPs and customer enquiries, including solution design, obtaining estimates and reviewing responses from an end to end perspective to ensure continuity.  Represented the development organization in four major sales initiatives. 

Subject matter expert for strategic cost reduction effort. Efforts included the development of a method for measuring customer usage of the host systems through the definition of cross company business functions, allowing creation of customer usage profiles.  Developed a comprehensive list of cost reduction opportunities through a series of workshops and usage analysis.

Product Owner Airline CRM, responsible for all marketing activities associated with the creation of the new traveler profile system.
