Kelly Levitt I am a great believer in positive reinforcement and servant leadership mentality I knew my true calling the minute I was introduced to Scrum. I began working in agile as a scum master in July 2007. I thrived on the collaboration within the team and how much less of effort and struggle there was in getting the work done compared to the waterfall approach I was used to. I began serving in multiple roles, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Tester. While it was challenging to balance the conflict of interests that sometimes occurred, I found I was a natural at team-building, facilitating communication, and helping my teammates gain insights into their own strengths and areas for growth. I have since coached many diverse teams, up to four at once, including teams that were entirely co-located, entirely remote, and a combination; FTEs and contractors; of all levels of experience and maturity. I also started my career as a developer/DBA and I believe that my technical background gives me a distinct advantage when addressing impediments and allows me to communicate effectively with all members of my team. I now am an SPC4 which allows me to train other in their agile transformation along with launching release trains.
