Biography

Jill Zegarski is a passionate Agilist who embraces every opportunity to challenge herself and the tenets of the Agile Framework.  She is actively engaged in the Agile community; pursuing new certifications, attending conferences and meetups with peers, and actively educating herself about facilitation, mentoring, and coaching Agile teams.

Jill has a BA is Psychology, and a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems.  Her education has afforded her the opportunity to work in a variety of industry segments, including Billing Solutions, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Hardware Development, Air Freight, and Point of Sale systems.

Jill's broad background and skillset enable her to communicate comfortably and effectively with people from all backgrounds.  They also contribute to her ability to think creatively and to devise collaborative solutions and goals that empower others.

Jill is generally described by others as a high-energy individual with a passion for people and for learning.  She maintains a high degree of involvement with her teams, and she is a strong leader by example.  Fair minded, and an experienced Manager, Jill is able to manage and offset personnel issues quickly and effectly; allowing her teams to remain focused on the work at hand.
